An extended edition of Tolkien’s essay “A Secret Vice” is due to be published by HarperCollins on 7 April 2016.

Stephen Oliver, Principal of Our Lady’s Abingdon in Oxfordshire, has uncovered a copy of the school’s annual journal from 1936 which contains two extremely rare poems by J.R.R. Tolkien.

The latest edition of the Journal of Inklings Studies has been published and features a number of Tolkien-related articles and reviews.

J.R.R. Tolkien’s 1937 novel The Hobbit has been translated into Romanized Yiddish.
